Aria’s Cut for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month💛

This September, for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Aria will be raising funds and cutting to donate her hair on September 30th to help make wigs for kids.

In 2022, when Aria’s sister went through chemotherapy and lost her hair, Wigs for Kids were able to provide her with a wig. We saw firsthand how much of an impact that made — it gave her confidence, comfort, and a little bit of normality during such a hard time.

Since then, Aria has been growing her hair with one goal: to donate it to make wigs for kids going through cancer, just like her sister. We know the difference it makes, and we also know how deeply cancer affects families. That’s why Aria is not only donating her hair but also raising vital funds for the Children’s Cancer Institute — because cures and safer treatments are desperately needed.

Every week in Australia, 20 children are diagnosed with cancer, and on average 3 will lose their life. Treatment is often long, harsh, and with no known cause. It puts an enormous strain on kids and their families — something we understand all too well.
