Aurora Lily Hall tragically passed away from complications with leukaemia on 4 July 2026, aged 11. Rory was born in Chicago in 2015. She lived in 3 countries, visited a dozen more, and was always curious, thoughtful and happy. She was an avid surfer, beginner drummer and was both scared of and thrilled by roller coasters. She would want me to tell you that she also really wanted me to buy her a puppy - she told me it would be good for Black Hawk.
The Children’s Cancer Institute is a terrific institution - any donations in Aurora’s memory will go to helping other children as they face cancer.
