In lieu of gifts for Asher’s baptism

I'm fundraising for a great cause!

Asher is so fortunate to have everything he needs or could want, so in lieu of gifts for Asher’s baptism I invite you to make a donation to the Children’s Cancer Institute to help find a cure for childhood cancer. This is a cause close to our hearts having seen the impact of childhood cancer on some dear friends who lost their niece / daughter Amity to a brain tumour in January 2018. 

Amity was only six years old when she died from a brain tumour known as diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG).  Amity was a funny, joyous, clever, loving, spirited girl who loved life and gave generously of herself. 

Brain cancer is now the leading cause of non-accidental deaths in children, and interventions are urgently needed, so any donation is appreciated – no matter how big or small.
