I'm fundraising in the Ride for Em
I am taking part in the Ride for Em.
I will be be cycling 400km from Mount Kosciuszko to Wollongong in honour of 5 year old Em.
Em was diagnosed with DIPG in October 2021 and sadly passed away in May 2022. I am raising funds for Children's Cancer Institute to support research for DIPG in hopes other children and families don't have to suffer from this terrible disease.
Children’s Cancer Institute is the only medical research institute in Australia wholly dedicated to cure childhood cancer and pioneer safer treatments for children.
The team at Children's Cancer Institute have a dedicated Brain Tumours team that our working on several new treatments for DIPG and other brain cancers that hold promise as new, active therapies.
