Support our Challenge to Help Kids with Cancer!

We're taking part in 86K for a Cure to help find a cure for childhood cancer.

Every month, 86 children are diagnosed with cancer. There is usually no known cause, treatment can go on for many years and it puts an enormous strain on family life.

So we're taking on this challenge throughout March for the 86 children who are diagnosed with cancer each month in Australia.

Together, we can help find a cure for childhood cancer and create safer, more effective treatments.

Please DONATE NOW and support our challenge to change the lives of kids with cancer.

Team Updates

Built one walk at a time

Friday 20th
Took a new path through Western Sydney Parklands and let the consistency do the talking. It’s not one big effort, it’s all the small ones adding up.

45km in, no turning back

Tuesday 17th
45km down and counting, proof that consistency beats motivation every time. Celebrated the milestone with my four-legged training partner 🏃🏽‍♀️🦮

Autumn walk

Monday 16th
A bit under the weather as we head into autumn, but I’m still making sure the kilometres add up. Today’s walk took me along a quiet path through the trees, steadily ticking a few more kms off the total. 🚶‍♀️🍂

Bridge to nowhere

Friday 13th
Out in the Western Sydney Parklands today, a cooler breeze and a I walked by very cool-looking bridge. Surrounded by lush greenery, it almost felt like stumbling into a secret little pocket of nature. 🌿🌉🚶‍♀️

Walk around f1 track and melbourne zoo parks

Thursday 12th
Forgot to log this but spent my day stepping around Melbourne Zoo followed by a walk around the entire F1 circuit (nice 5.2km 🏃🏼‍♀️)

Wulugul walk

Wednesday 11th
Today’s walk was the spectacular Wulugul Walk. With blue skies, harbour views and the kind of weather that feels like it’s personally cheering you on, it was a very good day to be clocking up kilometres. ☀️🚶‍♀️

Hard walk

Tuesday 10th
Another day, another walk — this time with an injured leg making every step a little more challenging. It wasn’t easy, but sometimes the win is simply showing up and getting it done. 🚶‍♀️💪

Great river walk

Saturday 7th
Added another 7km on the Great River Walk in Penrith today. Good scenery, good weather, and one step closer to the 86km goal.

Day 4

Friday 6th
another day. same pony.

Day 3 - rain or shine

Wednesday 4th
Rain tried to negotiate, the wind tried to intimidate, but we showed up anyway—one soggy, smug step at a time. 86km, we’re coming for you, and apparently nothing short of a monsoon is getting in the way

Day 2 - walked past a pony

Tuesday 3rd
On my walk this evening, I passed a pony just as the sun was setting. It was one of those unexpectedly perfect that makes an ordinary walk feel quietly magical

Friday 27 february

Friday 27th
Day 1 - walked through park with my cute beagle. It was raining heavily the other day and so the trees and grass were an especially vivid green from all the rain.
