In memory of Jesse

I'm fundraising for a great cause!

In 2006 our 4 year old son Jesse was diagnosed with neuroblastoma stage 4 cancer. Over 2 years he received harsh treatment and was in hospital most of the time. In 2007 his cancer still remained and being that he so desperately wanted to start school in February 08 we requested a trial drug to get him there. Jesse did start school and loved it!!! Sadly in June he went in for treatment and never recovered and on August 8th he asked to go home which we did under the supervision of palliative care. In Jesse’s last day he asked me to raise lots of money for the doctors so they could get special medicine’s for all the other kids so they could get better. We have kept that promise by raising funds and awareness of childhood cancer. No child should ever suffer the way these little warriors do. Jesse passed away 2am Sunday 24th of August 2008  age 6 in my arms ever so peacefully. I’m blessed to have had the privilege of being his mother! He taught me so much about what life is truly  all about and I know he is with me guiding me every day.
