Chris Edge here. I'm on a mission to help find a cure for childhood cancer by walking a whopping 258kms, that's like walking from Sydney to Newcastle!

That's 3kms for each and every victim of cancer, and I'm inviting you to join me in conquering 86kms for the 86 kids diagnosed with cancer every month.

Childhood cancer is a real bummer for the kids and their families, and we can't just sit back and let it happen, can we?

It's a fair dinkum fight we're in, but together we can make a difference by supporting groundbreaking research and creating safer treatments for these little battlers.

So, let's have a fair suck of the sav and donate now to help change the lives of these little legends.

I mean, how good would it be to see these kids kicking the footy around, running wild and free like all kids should?

Every month, 86 kids are diagnosed with cancer, and most of the time, we don't even know why.

It's bloody hard!

But I'm willing to put my best foot forward and conquer those 86kms for the kids who are fighting this battle.

G’day mate, how ya going? Today I wanna chat with ya about the Zero Childhood Cancer program.

First things first, let's talk about what this program is all about.

This program brings together some of the best and brightest minds in in the game to work towards a common goal:

Now, you might be wondering, how exactly do they plan to achieve this lofty goal?

Let me explain it to you like we're just having a friendly chat over a pint of beer.

So, Zero Childhood Cancer is a unique program that sets itself apart from other cancer programs by taking a personalised approach to each child's treatment.

This means that each child's cancer is analysed at a molecular level, and the treatment plan is customised based on the specific genetic makeup of the cancer.

This approach is different from traditional cancer treatment methods, which often use a one-size-fits-all approach that may not be as effective for each individual patient. With Zero Childhood Cancer, each child receives a tailored treatment plan that is designed to give them the best possible chance of beating their cancer. And that's not all. The program also includes a team of researchers who work to identify new and innovative treatments, as well as clinical trials that give children access to cutting-edge therapies. Overall, what sets Zero Childhood Cancer apart is its focus on precision medicine and its commitment to finding new and better treatments for children with cancer. So, you take your car to a mechanic to get it checked out. The mechanic uses all sorts of fancy equipment to diagnose the problem and fix your car. Well, the Zero Childhood Cancer program is a bit like that.

Except, instead of fixing cars, they’re trying to fix kids. You see, when a kid gets sick with cancer, it can be really hard to figure out what’s wrong and how to fix it. But the Zero Childhood Cancer program is using all sorts of fancy technology to help diagnose and treat kids with cancer. They’re looking at the DNA of the cancer cells and trying to figure out what makes them tick. Then, they’re developing personalised treatments for each individual kid, based on their unique DNA.
