Biography
Professor Cheryl Jones is the Dean of Medicine and Health at UNSW and was appointed to this role in 2024. She is a Senior Staff Specialist in Infectious diseases physician, a clinician-scientist and is internationally recognised as a leader in childhood infectious diseases research and practice. She is Fellow of the Australian Academy of Health and Medical Sciences (AAHMS). She is passionate about the central role of the clinicians in the enterprise of health and medical research.
Cheryl was appointed to the Children's Cancer Institute Board in 2024.
