I am taking part in 86K for a Cure to help find a cure for childhood cancer.

Every month, 86 children are diagnosed with cancer. There is usually no known cause, treatment can go on for many years and it puts an enormous strain on family life.

So I am conquering this challenge for the 86 children who are diagnosed with cancer each month.

Together, we can help find a cure for childhood cancer and create safer, more effective treatments.

Raining this morning so opted for afternoon run. Positive way to end the week.

Nice temperature but still humid. A well earned caramel latte for me and a treat for Maisie šŸƒšŸ½ā€ā™€ļøšŸ¾

Tuesday 10th Mar
Maisie woke me up because she was ready to go at 4:15. Sore legs and feeling tired. back to bed after run, shower, tea. ā˜ŗļø

Still raining ā˜”ļø dog had 2nd bath in 2 days

Getting it done in the rain

Sunday 8th Mar
Afternoon run today so I could have a little sleep in. Early patrol at the beach. Waited for the rain to stop. It didnā€™t. It was fun. gave up trying to dodge puddles and just plodded through.

Warm and humid run with justin

Saturday 7th Mar
Good to run with company. Justin joined Maisie and I for a late start. 24 degrees and 89% humidity. Great coffee reward!

Dogs woke me up so an early start. 5kmā€¦ shower and back in bed by 5:15am.

4:30am get up and go before the rain returns. Maisie and I stayed dry.
