Over the last year, I've discovered the many health benefits of running. More than just physical, it's helped me support my mental health and given me so much more focus during tough times.
Unfortunately, every single month in Australia there are 86 children that are doing it even tougher. Battling a cancer diagnosis would be the ultimate challenge. So running for such an important cause and raising funs for vital research just makes sense.
