In memory of Lachlan Leung
Lachlan bravely battled an aggressive and rare brain cancer for twelve months. He passed away peacefully in his sleep on the morning of 7 January 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Lachlan loved life, his family, and his friends. He played table tennis with integrity and sportsmanship, always encouraging fair play and the true spirit of the game. He was willing to help others, and deeply respected by all who knew him. He was deeply loved and will always be remembered for his kindness, strength, and the impact he had on those around him.
Donations can be made to Children’s Cancer Institute Australia in Lachlan’s memory. Brain cancer research requires ongoing funding to develop better treatments and improve outcomes for children and families affected.
Your donation will support vital research and help create hope for a future without childhood brain cancer. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support as we honour Lachlan’s life.
