Dads committed to changing the future of cancer

Meet Mark and Tony. These two dedicated fathers have more in common than just their love of cycling. These fathers share a journey that no parent should ever have to – watching their child fight through a cancer diagnosis. Carys (daughter to Mark), was diagnosed with leukaemia at 6 years old. Ava (daughter to Tony), was diagnosed with neuroblastoma at just 6 months old. Both girls endured harsh chemotherapy including Ava requiring an operation to remove a tumour from her chest.

Thankfully, both girls are alive and thriving today with many thanks to medical research. Now, these fathers are on a mission to help ensure safer, more effective treatments and ultimately, a cure for childhood cancer is found.

That’s why they are inviting you to take on the challenge of Endure for a Cure to raise funds so families like theirs don’t have to endure the heartbreak of their child going through cancer.

Every hour you commit to riding and every dollar you raise will go to Children’s Cancer Institute and childhood cancer research.

Children’s Cancer Institute exists solely to put an end to childhood cancer. We don’t just hope to do it, we will do it.
