I’m taking part in CEO Dare to Cure 2026 in support of Children’s Cancer Institute.

We all know someone who has been affected by cancer.... 9 years ago, that someone was my family when we heard the words ‘your son has cancer’.

This year more than 1,000 families will hear those words and you may not know, but despite medical advances cancer still kills more kids in Australia than any other disease. Every week, 3 Australian children and adolescents will die of cancer. 

I passionately believe this is three too many & that we can do better. Every child deserves to live a long life free of long-term effects of harsh treatment. That’s why this year I am once again stepping out of my comfort zone to raise vital funds to help find a cure for the brave kids who face the fear of treatment every single day.
