Raise your corporate profile as a socially responsible citizen and so many benefits flow through. Our business partnerships help to change lives and improve the future of every child diagnosed with cancer. For every dollar CCIA receives from government grants or research subsidies, CCIA then needs another dollar to carry out the research. Your next dollar could be the one that unlocks the cure.
A partnership with CCIA takes a flexible approach to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. Innovation and the interests of all stakeholders will always be priorities.
The benefits to your business include:

independent childhood cancer research institute in Australia
The benefits to CCIA include:
- Alignment with a respected business that shares the same values and focus
- Enhanced brand

Spotlight on a corporate partner - Electrolux
Electrolux has generously come to our aid, supplying vital fridges and freezers used to store thousands of tissue samples that continue, many years later, to provide crucial windows into cell microbiology. The donation of fridges, microwaves and large chest freezers has helped CCIA fit out the new Lowy Cancer Research Centre to create a start-of-the-art research facility.
At the 2011 Diamond Ball Electrolux contributed a staggering $185,000 to CCIA. Electrolux firstly distinguished their support of CCIA by being the gold VIP event sponsor of Diamond Ball. They then pledged $10k worth of Electrolux prizes to live and silent auctions but not before spending $70,000 on a Channel 7 media package. But the generosity didn't stop there, John Brown, managing director of Electrolux, then purchased a Guava Cytometer worth $95,000 on behalf of CCIA. Once again Electrolux showed not only that they take their support of CCIA seriously but that they take their role as a good corporate citizen seriously and their largess brings CCIA that much closer to a cure. Thank you Electrolux!
"As a global company we recognise and embrace the opportunity we have to make a difference throughout the community. The Electrolux vision is to make life easier and more enjoyable with the help of powered appliances. We recognise that respect and diversity, ethics and integrity, safety and sustainability are all major elements in accomplishing and maintaining this goal. Electrolux provides assistance to the community and individual charities that share common values and aim to have a positive effect on the lives of Australian people. Children’s Cancer Institute Australia is our major charitable focus and Electrolux endeavours to assist CCIA in bettering the lives of young cancer sufferers and their families."
