Information available at the CCIA website
The CCIA site provides general information about CCIA and its various research programmes, fundraising activities and merchandise. The CCIA site contains a wide variety of content on issues relating to childhood cancer for general educational and informative purposes only. The CCIA site does not give, or purport to give, any medical advice. In addition, the CCIA site may contain or make available data sheets, email lists, mailout or newsletter services, service provider details, or other tools and facilities which may be of use to you. Whilst CCIA has taken reasonable effort to provide such features that are accurate and free from defect, CCIA does not warrant the accuracy, correctness or completeness of these features, which are provided on an "as is" basis. Any products and services offered on the CCIA site and all prices displayed are subject to change without notice.

Donating or purchasing merchandise online
In order to donate or purchase merchandise from the CCIA site, details of the goods you wish to order, the amount you wish to donate, your personal details, and credit card details for payment, must be entered into a secure CCIA payment gateway, using VeriSign Trust Network Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate with a high grade encryption. The cost of delivery of CCIA merchandise purchased by you will be calculated at the time the product is ordered, and will be incorporated into the final price of the product. Provided payment has been successfully processed, a tax receipt or merchandise ordered will be sent to you via standard post or, for international deliveries, via airmail. If CCIA is unable to personally deliver the product to the address you have provided, a notice will be left at that address which can be used to retrieve the product you have purchased from your local post office. All prices quoted on the CCIA site are inclusive of the Australian Government Goods and Services Tax (GST) and all monetary amounts are in Australian Dollars, unless otherwise indicated.

Details required from you
Unless provided otherwise, all payments for donations or merchandise are to be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Diners accepted). You must therefore provide to CCIA details of your credit card, including credit card type, name on credit card, credit card number and expiry date. In order for CCIA to deliver to you a tax receipt or merchandise you have ordered, you will need to provide CCIA with your postal address. CCIA will not provide you with a tax receipt recognising your donation or post the merchandise you have ordered until payment has been processed and actually received by CCIA.

Warranties
While CCIA have taken care to provide content that is free from error, CCIA does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of content on the CCIA Site. All content is provided on an "as is" basis and without guarantees or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. All terms implied by law, except those that can not be lawfully excluded, are excluded. All content is subject to change without notice. CCIA does not warrant that this CCIA site or any linked websites will be free from viruses or defects.

Limitation of Liability
Subject to any responsibilities implied by law and which cannot be excluded, CCIA and its directors, employees, agents, volunteers and contractors, are not liable to you for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims and expenses (including but not limited to legal costs and defence or settlement costs) whatsoever, whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising out of or referable to any content on this CCIA site, to any material on linked websites, or to access or use of the CCIA site by you, howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort including negligence, statute or otherwise.
