There are many different ways you can help CCIA in its quest to improve the outlook for children with cancer. Whether you help out at a fundraising event or in the CCIA Marketing office, you will be making a valuable and much appreciated contribution.
Volunteer at events
Our fundraising events range from Sunday walk-a-thons, to Saturday night black-tie dinners, to weekday golf games. The main role of a volunteer is to assist where needed on the day with jobs such as selling raffle tickets, assisting with auctions, serving refreshments or being an usher. Events volunteers receive a CCIA t-shirt and cap (if appropriate) to wear during the event. CCIA events are Australia-wide so you can join us in your local Australian State.
Volunteer with our Marketing team
Join our fun and productive Sydney based Marketing team. All relevant training is provided. Tasks vary in level (you will need to have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and email).
